At Sip With Intention, we take care in preparing and shipping your order with intention and attention to detail. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our trusted shipping partners.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the U.S. via FedEx and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, Sip With Intention is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for delivery inquiries. However, if you need support, we’re happy to assist in any way we can—just email us at info@sipwithintention.com.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sip With Intention is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
