Terms & Conditions

By submitting payment and/or booking an experience with Sip With Intention (“SWI”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:


Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit or booking payment is required to secure your event date.

Your event is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Sip With Intention.

Final balances are due no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event and forfeiture of any payments previously made.

Guest Count

Pricing reflects the guest count agreed upon at the time of booking.

Final guest counts must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Additional guests added after confirmation may be subject to additional fees and availability.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

All payments made to Sip With Intention are non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

Sip With Intention will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one reschedule request if notice is provided at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event are not guaranteed.


Venue & Setup

Clients are responsible for securing and confirming venue access unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients must ensure the venue provides adequate space, accessibility, tables, seating, and any necessary permissions for setup and service.

Sip With Intention reserves the right to adjust setup plans if venue conditions limit safe or appropriate execution.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Some experiences may include tea bites, desserts, or accompaniments prepared by third-party vendors or partners.

Clients are responsible for informing Sip With Intention of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event.

While reasonable care is taken, Sip With Intention cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.


Timing & Delays

Clients are responsible for ensuring timely venue access and coordination.

Delays caused by venue access restrictions, late arrivals, or client-related interruptions may reduce active experience time without refund.

Additional time requested beyond the agreed service window may result in additional fees.


Photography & Marketing

Sip With Intention may photograph or capture portions of events for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

Damage & Liability

Clients are responsible for damages caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff to any Sip With Intention equipment, décor, or materials.

Sip With Intention is not responsible for venue issues, weather interruptions, third-party vendor performance, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.


Right to Refuse Service

Sip With Intention reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, hostile, or materially different from what was communicated during booking.


Agreement

By submitting deposit and/or completing the booking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
